GRV100-EP Industrial Ozone Generator

Industrial ozone generator. Cooled by water. Able to work from LOX or PSA. It has PLC control with touch screen. Ozone production of 100KgO3/h, at 150g/Nm3 concentration. 750kW. 

High efficiency ozone generator with borosilicate dielectric. This generator requires a supply of oxygen to produce ozone. The oxygen can come either from a liquid oxygen tank (LOX) or an oxygen
concentrator (PSA).
The equipment is robust, durable and reliable. It can work 24 hours a day. It achieves high concentrations of ozone with a very efficient rate of electrical consumption. Manufactured with high quality components and mounted on a metal base.It is ready to be plugged in and run.
The system includes a powerful control unit: a SIEMENS PLC with a 7" touch screen and with data
logging and remote access. It has full real-time control via VPN router. The equipment includes a valve for automatic regulation of the ozone flow. It also includes pneumatic and hydraulic control instrumentation.

What is it used for?

This ozone generator is used for powerful wastewater treatment and disinfection (WWTP), and public water purification (DWTP). It is also used in bleaching processes in the textile and paper industries. It is also used in fish farms, aquariums, recovery of lakes and agricultural ponds, irrigation water, etc...

Funcioning

When the ozone generator receives a start order, it opens the inlet valve allowing oxygen to enter the equipment. The range of desired oxygen pressure will be maintained. Once the pressure is regulated, the oxygen is conducted to the ozone generation system, where the oxygen is exposed to a strong electric field creating the ozone molecule, a very reactive and oxidizing gas. The gas flowmeter continuously measures the ozone flow rate which is adjusted to the desired value. The power in kw of the equipment can be varied manually on the screen or through an external 4-20mA signal.

If it does not detect water flow, oxygen flow, or the cooling temperature is not adequate, the generator will give an alarm and stop for safety

Technology

The GRV's ozone generation technology is based on high-frequency corona discharge, with a 50,000V-resistant borosilicate dielectric. It works with voltages from 5,000 to 10,000v, and at a frequency of higher than 5khz. Made of materials with high resistance to ozone, 316L stainless steel, Viton and Teflon gaskets.
