Description
Latest generation ozone plant, equipped with: ozone generator, piston compressor, oxygen concentrator with activated alumina, filtration unit, refrigerated dryer and chiller. With air-cooled ozone generation cores, with borosilicate dielectric.
Ozone injection system with pump, venturi and INOX pressurization and mixing tower, with regulation of the aspirated ozone flow through a bypass. Stainless steel 316 L pipes.
Latest generation control by PLC with touchscreen, with automatic ozone power regulator with PID based on Redox/Ozone, recipe manager, weekly schedule planner, maintenance manager, alarm manager, graph display, remote access, and data logging. Includes Redox meter.
