This ozonation plant for water treatment, allows maintaining a desired amount of ozone in a water tank, in a homogeneous, constant, and automated way. The plant includes everything needed to operate autonomously. It only requires a power source and connection to the water line to be treated. The equipment includes a high-performance industrial ozone generator, with oxygen concentrator, working at 148g/Nm3 ozone concentration, providing high efficiency in dilution and oxidation of contaminants. The recirculation pump allows the venturi to aspirate and inject ozone into the water and homogenize it in the tank. The system includes a PLC with advanced control, with automatic power self-adjustment, which maintains the desired ozone level constantly.

What is it used for?
To dose ozone in a water tank, maintaining a constant ozone concentration. Used to disinfect and purify water, tank, and pipes. Widely used in agricultural water treatment, for irrigation tank, in potable water treatment, wastewater, process water, cooling towers, swimming pools, aquariums, etc. Ozone is an excellent disinfectant, allowing you to maintain hygiene both in the water, in the tank, and in the pipes.

Operation
This HIDRO V GRZO ozone plant includes a touchscreen from which you can easily and intuitively program different treatments throughout the day through a recipe scheduler. When the equipment receives the start command, the cooling circuit is activated, and the compressor starts, takes air from the atmosphere, filters it, dries it, and introduces it into the PSA, where nitrogen is removed from the air, and oxygen is concentrated up to 95% purity. This oxygen flow is conducted to the generation core, where corona discharge is applied and oxygen is transformed into ozone. With the oxygen flowmeter you can regulate the desired flow. The recirculation pump takes water from the tank, and in the venturi the generated ozone is injected, returning highly ozonized water to the tank, where it homogenizes and reacts with contaminants. In this way, you can disinfect the water, the tank, and the pipes.
