The design, manufacturing, testing, and certification of two ozone generators of 7500 gO3/h for use in municipal drinking water (WTP) has been completed.

At ZonoSistem, we have successfully concluded a key project to ensure water quality and safety in municipal facilities: two high-capacity ozone generators, fully designed and manufactured in our plant.

During the validation process in the factory testing room, an exhaustive Inspection Points Program (IPP) was carried out, including more than 140 checks to ensure that each unit meets the most demanding technical standards.

Among the tests carried out are:

        - Pressure and stamping tests according to the Pressure Equipment Regulation

        - Concentration tests to certify the real ozone production

        - Measurement of power consumption and energy efficiency

        - Complete validation of digital and analog signals

        - Testing for possible gas and refrigerant leaks

        - Additional controls for safety, durability, and stability

Each of these steps allows us to guarantee the reliability and performance of our equipment, providing peace of mind to water treatment plant operators and, ultimately, to citizens who receive safer and higher quality water.
