At ZonoSistem we continue to support research and scientific development. We design and manufacture pilot ozonation plants adapted to the needs of universities and research centers, facilitating the study and development of new solutions in water treatment.

These pilot plants allow controlled small-scale tests, providing researchers with a reliable and versatile platform to validate hypotheses, develop methodologies, and advance knowledge of water treatment through ozone.

Our technical team has installed and commissioned a new ozonation reactor within an existing pilot plant, expanding its capabilities and offering greater experimentation possibilities. Among the improvements implemented are an online dissolved ozone measurement panel, a 2L jacketed reactor cooled by a chiller, agitation and temperature controller, allowing gas injection and extraction for ozone concentration measurements.

With these innovations, researchers have a high-level working tool, capable of reproducing real operating conditions and providing valuable scientific data.

Thanks to these solutions, we contribute to generating a positive impact on society by facilitating the development of more sustainable and efficient technologies for drinking and wastewater treatment.
